2 pkgs. (8 ½ oz.each) H-E-B artisan par baked bread
6 large vine-ripened tomatoes
½ c. H-E-B Chef Prepared basil pesto (from Deli)
Prepare baguettes according to package directions and keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat grill to 375°F. Spray vegetable grill or grill mesh with non-stick cooking spray and place on a baking sheet.
Cut each tomato into 4 wedges, brush with pesto, and place in a dish. Set aside the grilling rack on the hot grill and heat for 2 minutes. Arrange tomato wedges on grill rack and cook for 2 minutes per side or until golden.
Combine grilled tomatoes with remaining basil pesto in a salad bowl and serve with baguettes.
