Ingredients

4  c.  H-E-B Hearts of Romaine

1/2  c.  H-E-B Champagne Sweet Tomatoes, halved

1/4  red bell pepper, diced

1  Tbsp.  Orange Salad Dressing (equal parts orange juice & olive oil)

2  H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas, thin sliced & baked 5 minutes at 450°F

Instructions


Combine romaine, tomatoes and bell pepper in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve. Before serving, toss the salad and top each serving with tortilla strips and dressing.
