Ingredients

*  juice of 1 lime

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1  clove  garlic, chopped

2  Tbsp.  cilantro leaves

1/2  c. chopped  tomato

1/4  c. chopped  onion

1  fresh jalapeño, seeded and chopped

1/2  tsp.  Hill Country Fare Fajita Spice

1  (8 oz.)  H-E-B Tough & Easy Container

Instructions


Combine the ingredients in a blender or small food processor and blend to a chunky texture. Pour the Vinaigrette in the Tough & Easy container, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use 2 Tablespoons per serving.
