6 - 8 slices
1 1/2 c. White flour
1 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
2 Large eggs
3/4 c. Milk
1/2 c. Ottavio Greek Olive oil
2 tsp. Adams Reserve Orange or Lemon Peel
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Balsamic Reduction
Preheat oven to 325°F. Oil and flour a metal loaf pan.
Whisk in together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Next, Whisk together eggs, milk, olive oil and orange peel. Gradually combine the wet into the dry ingredients. Transfer into the loaf pan.
Bake cake about 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for a few minutes, then on a rack top side up.
Serve with ice cream and drizzle with Balsamic Reduction.
