1/2stick (1/4 cup)butter
Cut cabbage into 4 wedges, leaving core intact to hold wedges together.
Steam cabbage 8 minutes, covered, on a rack over a small amount of rapidly boiling water.
Melt butter in a small skillet over Medium heat.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes until butter turns brown for a rich nutty flavor.
Remove from heat immediately.
Stir caraway seeds into butter.
Drizzle over cabbage and serve
