1 fresh golden pineapple, skin removed and cut into 1-inch thick slices
1 cup H--E-B Brown Sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups H-E-B Creamy Creations Vanilla Ice Cream or Pineapple Sherbet
1/2 cup chocolate shell topping
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Combine pineapple, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large H-E-B zippered storage bag; toss to coat pineapple.
Heat coals or grill to medium heat (375 degrees F).
Brush hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grill pineapple slices for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, chocolate shell topping and a sprinkle of pecans.
