1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Beef may be roasted immediately or wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and "cured" in the refrigerator overnight.
