2 6 ounce cans Starkist tuna in spring water, drained
4 hard boiled H-E-B eggs, peeled and chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped finely
1 14.5 ounce can H-E-B veri green peas
1 4 ounce jar H-E-B harvest moon diced pimientos, drained
1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise, regular, low fat, or fat free
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
Serve in sandwiches, over lettuce and tomato wedges, or with fruit.
