1 can (6 oz) HCF albacore tuna, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup mayonnaise (regular, reduced fat or fat free)
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes
