Ingredients

1  (7 ounce) container  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Three-Color Peppers

1  cup  tomatoes

1  cup  green onions

1  (8 ounce) package  Hill Country Fare Frozen Fully Cooked Shrimp

1  (16 ounce) package  H-E-B Bow Tie Pasta

1  cup  H-E-B Fresher Lasting™ Avocado Chunks, chopped

1/2  cup  H-E-B Twister Creamy Avocado Salad Dressing

Instructions


Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

Meanwhile, as pasta cooks, combine shrimp, onion, tomatoes, peppers, avocado, and salad dressing in a large salad bowl. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Cover salad bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes
