1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 package (7 oz) fideo or cut vermicelli
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 package (16 oz) HEB fully cooked beef for stew
Heat a large skillet on high heat for 2 minutes.
Add cooking oil and vermicelli.
Stir-fry until vermicelli is a light golden brown (about 2 minutes).
Add diced tomatoes, beef stew and 3/4 cup water; stir.
Cover and lower heat to medium low for 10 minutes.
