cauliflower, cut into small florets

broccoli, cut into small florets

mushrooms, cleaned

small new potatoes, parboiled
![]() Instructions ![]() Bring the broth to a simmer over medium heat.
![]() Stir in the chopped garlic and thyme and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
![]() Season to taste with salt and pepper.
![]() Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
![]() Pour broth into fondue pot and place over a flame that is set as high as possible
