4cupschicken broth OR
1tablespoonfresh chopped parsley
1 1/2lbchicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 1/2lbtop sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1headcauliflower, cut into small florets
1headbroccoli, cut into small florets
1lbsmall new potatoes, parboiled
Bring the broth to a simmer over medium heat.
Stir in the chopped garlic and thyme and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
Pour broth into fondue pot and place over a flame that is set as high as possible
