1 jar (1.12 lbs.) New Canaan Farms Hill Country Caviar
1 can (15 oz.) black-eyed peas, undrained
16 ozs. H-E-B EZ Melt Cheese
1 cup frozen H-E-B Seasoned Beef Crumbles
2 ripe roma tomatoes, finely chopped
1 can (4 ozs.) chopped green chiles
Drain and discard juice from Hill Country Caviar. Place “caviar” in a 3-quart pot; add black-eyed peas, including juice. Mash coarsely with a fork or potato masher.
Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes. Place cheese cubes and frozen beef crumbles in a microwave-safe dish; cover with a lid and heat in microwave until cheese melts. Stir mixture occasionally and rotate dish.
Meanwhile, chop tomatoes finely. Add tomatoes and green chilies to pot with black-eyed peas. Stir over Medium heat. Add melted cheese and beef. Stir to combine and heat thoroughly. Serve hot
