3 to 4avocados, peeled and seeded
1juice of one lime
1/4cupsour cream (regular or low fat)
1cupchopped tomato (2 medium)
1jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Place avocados in a medium-size bowl and mash.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
Serve with corn chips or refrigerate for later use (no longer than 1 or 2 days).
