1 (12oz) can Chipotle Salsa Picante
3 H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Chicken Breasts, chopped
1 (16oz) bag H-E-B Tortilla Round Chips
1 package H-E-B Fresher Lasting Avocado Chunks, chopped or sliced
1 (8oz) bag H-E-B Mexican Blend Cheese
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a foil lined baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the salsa and chopped chicken in a microwave-safe mixing bowl; toss to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 4 minutes or until piping hot; set mixture aside.
Arrange the tostada rounds on prepared baking sheet. Spoon 1-Tablespoon chicken chipotle mixture on each chip. Top chicken with chopped avocado and a Tablespoon of shredded cheese. Bake in oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm
