2lb.boneless pork center cut loin chops, cut ¾ or 1-inch thick,
2Tbsp.Adams Reserve garlic and peppercorn sear n crust rub,
½jarSan Carlos chimichurri sauce,
¼c.diced tomatoes, canned or fresh,
1Season pork with Adams Rub. Stir chimichurri sauce and tomatoes together in a small bowl; set aside.
2Prepare charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes. Grill pork over Medium heat (375°F grill surface temperature) 7 to 10 minutes per side. (Internal temperature of pork should reach 150°F in center with a light pink blush.)
3Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon chimichurri sauce over pork right before serving or serve sauce on the side.
