4beef new york strip or ribeye steaks, cut ¾ or 1-inch thick,
2Tbsp.Adams Reserve peppercorn garlic sear-n-crust rub,
¾c.Star Chef pineapple teriyaki marinade,
1sm. can crushed pineapple, in juice,
1Season both sides of steaks with Adams Rub. Let steaks stand at room temperature 10 to 20 minutes.
2Meanwhile, place crushed pineapple in a small sauce pan; stir in Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade. Bring to a simmer and cook about five minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened. Set aside.
3Prepare a charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes. Grill steaks 4 to 8 minutes per side (refer to cooking label on steaks for recommended time and temperatures).
4Pour Teriyaki-pineapple sauce over grilled steaks and serve.
