1largered onion, peeled and cut into 4 wedges,
1red, yellow, or green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch squares,
2largeportabella mushrooms, cut into 2-inch squares,
2bags (12 oz. each)H-E-B yellowfin tuna steaks, cut into 2-inch squares,
1container (4 oz.)H-E-B spicy asian splash, or your favorite flavor,
4metal or water-soaked bamboo skewers,
1Combine all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2Thread skewers with onion, tuna, pepper, mushroom, tuna, onion, pepper, and tuna. Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
3Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Grill for 2 minutes per side or until tuna is cooked to desired degree of doneness.
