1can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling,
1can (20 oz.) Hill Country Fare crushed pineapple,
1box (1 lb. 2 oz.) Hill Country Fare yellow cake mix,
1c.Hill Country Fare pecan pieces or walnut chips,
1 1/2c.Hill Country Fare flaked coconut,
1/2c. (1 stick) H-E-B butter, melted,
1/2gal.H-E-B Creamy Creations® vanilla ice cream,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Set out one ungreased 9” x13” baking pan.
2Combine pie filling and undrained pineapple in baking dish. Evenly spread dry cake mix over cherry/pineapple layer. Top with nuts, coconut, and butter.
3Bake on center oven rack for 45 minutes or until golden. Cool for 15 minutes. To serve, placea 3-inch-square portion of cake on a plate and top with ½ cup of ice cream. Touchdown!
