4(4 oz.)center cut pork chops with bone (about ¼-inch thick),
•salt and pepper,
*no-stick cooking spray,
2H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Garlic Cloves, chopped,
2c.H-E-B Frozen Peach Slices,
½c.Central Market® Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Brown Sugar,
3Tbsp.white wine or bourbon,
1Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste. Heat a large heavy-bottom skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Spray hot skillet with no-stick spray, add pork chops, brown on each side for 1 minute. Remove pork chops from pan, cover with foil, and keep warm.
2Reduce heat to medium, add shallots and garlic, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add thawed peach slices and chicken broth to skillet, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add brown sugar and thyme sprigs to skillet, cook 1 minute. Add butter and wine or bourbon to the pan, cook 4 minutes. Discard thyme sprigs and serve pork chops in the glazed peach sauce.
