⅓c.H-E-B reduced fat crumbled feta cheese,
2Tbsp.H-E-B olive tapenade,
6H-E-B Texas Heritage® beef hot dogs,
2c.Central Market™ Organics herb garden mix,
1c.thin sliced Hot House cucumber,
4thin slicesred onion, rings separated,
1Prepare baguettes according to package directions. Cut 2 baguettes in half lengthwise, then cut each into 3 sections.
2Combine mayonnaise, crumbled Feta cheese, and olive tapenade, cover. Refrigerate until ready to assemble sandwiches.
3Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Grill H-E-B Texas Heritage® Beef Hot Dogs for 5 minutes, turning over twice during grilling time.
4Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on each baguette. Arrange ½ cup salad mix, cucumber slices, and onion rings on bottom baguette half. Top with grilled hot dog and other baguette half.
