My H-E-B Health and Wellness
1 lb.large shrimp, peeled and deveined,
2 Tbsp.sesame oil,
1 Tbsp.soy sauce,
1 Tbsp.lime juice,
2 Tbsp.Sriarcha Sauce (or some other type of hot sauce),
2 c.pineapple chunks,
1Combine the first 6 ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag, seal, and shake gently to combine. Chill 30 minutes to an hour.
2Meanwhile, soak skewers in water 20 minutes
3Preheat grill to Medium.
4Remove skewers from water.
5Thread shrimp and pineapple alternately on the skewers. Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side.
6Serve with H-E-B Pineapple Edamame Fried Rice.
