Tomato Basil Salmon

*non-stick cooking spray,

4 ouncessalmon fillets,

1 tsp.dried basil,

1 tomato, thinly sliced,

2 tbsp.olive oil,

4 tablespoonsgrated parmesan cheese,


1Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with foil then lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2Place salmon on the foil, skin side down. Sprinkle each fillet with dried basil, top with a tomato slice, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

3Bake approximately 15 minutes.
