Roasted Halibut Mango Pico de Gallo

1lb.halibut Filets,

1Tbsp.lime pepper,

1Tbsp.olive oil,

1c.H-E-B Fresh Mango Pico de Gallo,


1Preheat the oven to 425°.

2Season halibut generously with lime pepper and drizzle with oil.

3Place on a foiled sheet pan and roast in the oven and roast for 15 minutes.

4Remove and serve with a generous serving of mango pico de gallo.
