Ingredients

8oz.H-E-B Gluten Free Spaghetti,

2lb.shrimp, peeled & deveined,

1/2tsp.salt,

1/2tsp.pepper,

1Tbsp.olive oil,

2clovesgarlic, sliced,

2c.spinach, chopped,

2-tomatoes, chopped,

1tsp.Italian seasoning ,

3/4Tbsp.white wine or chicken stock,

Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with warm water, drain, and keep warm.

2Meanwhile, season shrimp with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

3Heat a large nonstick skillet to Medium-High.

4Add shrimp and garlic to the pan. Cook 2 minutes, flip shrimp over, and then add spinach, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.

5Pour in wine or chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and serve over pasta.
