Ingredients

6oz.portobello mushrooms,

1canblack beans,

1Tbsp.dijon mustard,

1tsp.steak seasoning,

1egg, beaten,

1/2cupbread crumbs,

1Tbsp.canola oil,

4H-E-B Bake Shop Thin Rounds,

Directions

1Combine mushrooms, black beans, mustard and seasoning in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine. Mixture should be chunky.

2Remove to a large bowl. Add egg and bread crumbs, and mix to combine. Divide into 4 equal balls and press to flatten.

3Heat a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Add canola oil, swirl to coat pan and cook patties 3 minutes per-side.

4Place patties on thin rounds and garnish with your favorite toppings.
