1lb.Hill Country Fair Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast,

2Tbsp.lemon juice,

2tsp.olive oil,

1tsp.curry powder,

3clovegarlic, crushed,

3eachwhole wheat pitas, cut in half,

4Tbsp.H-E-B roasted garlic hummus,

1eachroma tomatoes, sliced,

2c.shredded lettuce,


1Preheat the grill to medium high heat.

2Season chicken with lemon juice, curry powder, olive oil, and garlic.

3Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and set aside.Cut each pita in half and open. Spread 1 tbsp. of hummus into each half of pita and stuff with chicken, lettuce and tomato.
