3/4lb.lean ground beef,
1 jar (16 oz.)marinara sauce,
1c.low sodium chicken broth,
1pkg. (20 oz.)frozen cheese ravioli,
1In a large pot cook meat with olive oil until well browned. Drain any access fat, remove meat and set aside. Add mushrooms to same pot and sauté until browned. Return meat to pot and add garlic. Cook a few minutes then stir in marinara sauce and chicken broth.
2Add ravioli and stir. Bring sauce to a simmer for 8 minutes or until ravioli is done. Serve immediately.
