Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower and Smoked Almonds

3/4box (13.5 oz.)whole wheat spaghetti,

1headcauliflower, chopped,

2Tbsp.olive oil,

1clovegarlic, chopped,

1/2 tsp.dried sage,

1/4c.parmesan cheese,

1/4c.smoked almonds,


1Preheat oven to 400°F. Bring a large stock pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.

2Toss cauliflower with olive oil, chopped garlic and sage, and place on a foiled lined sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly browned.

3In a large bowl combine cauliflower with pasta. Add cheese and smoked almonds. Toss and serve.
