Grilled Tuna with Tomato Feta Relish

Ingredients

4frozen ahi tuna steaks,

2Tbsp.olive oil, divided,

1/2tsp. eachsalt and pepper,

1/4c.low fat feta cheese crumbles,

1/2c.kalamata olives, chopped,

1clovegarlic, minced,

1/2c.chopped parsley,

1/2smallred onion, small diced,

1tsp.Italian seasoning,

1Tbsp.lemon juice,

Directions

1Defrost tuna steaks.

2Preheat grill to Medium-High.

3Brush tuna with half of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

4Grill steaks 3 minutes per side for medium and 4 minutes per side for well-done. Set aside.

5Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon relish over tuna and serve.
