Ingredients

1Tbsp.H-E-B Canola Oil,

1lb.H-E-B 96% Lean Ground Beef,

1medium onion, diced,

3cloves garlic, minced,

1 tsp.cumin,

3/4c.H-E-B Canned Diced Tomatoes (no salt added), undrained,

2small potatoes, diced,

1/2c.water,

Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet. Sauté beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until beef is no longer pink.

2Add cumin, tomatoes, potatoes, and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
