Ingredients

1lb.boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 2-inch pieces,

1can pineapple chunks in water,

1red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks,

1 tsp.ground ginger,

1Tbsp.soy sauce,

1Tbsp.olive oil,

4skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes,

Directions

1Preheat grill to Medium-High heat.

2Skewer chicken, pineapple, and peppers alternatively on a skewer.

3Combine ginger, soy sauce, and olive oil together and drizzle over skewers.

4Grill skewers on Medium flame for 7 to 10 minutes per side.
