Basil Margarita Tilapia

4tilapia fillets,

1/8Tbsp.olive oil,

2limes, juiced, and zested,

2 tsp.tequila, optional,

1/2 tsp.salt,

2Tbsp.chopped basil,


1Combine all ingredients except tilapia in a zip top bag. Add fish, seal, and turn to coat.

2Marinate 30 minutes to an hour.

3Preheat grill to Medium.

4Remove fish from marinade and place on grill. Cook 3 minutes per side.

5Pour remaining marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and spoon sauce over grilled tilapia.
