1pkg. (10 oz.) Cacique Soy Chorizo Vegetarian Soy Sausage,
1c.black beans, rinsed and drained,
1/4c.H-E-B Bread Crumbs,
1/4c.H-E-B Real Egg,
1red onion, sliced,
1/2c.cilantro, roughly chopped,
1pkg. H-E-B Bake Shop Thin Rounds,
1Place a sheet of foil over the grates of the grill and preheat grill to Medium-High.
2Combine soy chorizo, black beans, and bread crumbs in a food processor and pulse 5 to 6 times briefly until beans are roughly chopped. Do not puree, because burgers will not hold together.
3Gently fold in egg substitute. Divide mixture into 4 equal patties.
4Place burgers on foil-lined grill gates and cook 4 minutes per side. Remove from grill and build burgers using remaining ingredients.
