Ingredients

1lb.salmon fillets, cut into 4 portions,

2Tbsp.honey,

1Tbsp.soy sauce,

1Tbsp.dijon mustard,

1Tbsp.sesame seeds,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

2Place the salmon on the foil-lined baking sheet, skin-side touching the foil.

3Combine the honey, soy sauce, and mustard. Mix well, then spoon over salmon.

4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

5Serve with steamed broccoli and brown rice.
