Sesame Salmon

1lb.salmon fillets, cut into 4 portions,

2Tbsp.honey, sauce,

1Tbsp.Dijon mustard,

1Tbsp.sesame seeds,


1Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

2Place the salmon on the foil-lined baking sheet, skin-side touching the foil.

3Combine the honey, soy sauce, and mustard. Mix well, then spoon over salmon.

4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 12 to 15 minutes.

5Try it with steamed broccoli and brown rice.
