1Place a large stock pot over Medium heat. Add in olive oil and then add in carrots, onions, and garlic. Cook until onions begin to brown slightly.
2Add in broth.
3Add in ancient grains and power greens. Cook for 15 minutes or until grains are cooked through. Season with the salt and pepper.
