4pork chops, 3/4 to 1 inch thick,
2apples, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces,
1 tsp.dried sage,
3Tbsp.apple cider vinegar,
1Place a large skillet over a Medium-High flame. Season chops with oil, sage, salt, and pepper.
2Place each chop in the heated pan and sear 3 minutes per side.
3Remove chops and add in apples and onions. Sauté for 4 minutes then add in vinegar and apple cider.
4Let sauce come to a gentle simmer and return chops to the pan.
5Adjust heat to medium, cover, and allow chops and apples to cook together for 4 minutes.
6Remove lid and serve.
