Open Faced Turkey Apple Sandwiches

8oz.leftover turkey breast or H-E-B In-House Roasted Turkey Breast,

1Granny Smith Apple, cored and sliced thinly,

2H-E-B Bake Shop Rounds,

2Tbsp.Dijon mustard,

1Tbsp.mayonnaise, low fat,

2Tbsp.dried cranberries,

4oz.sliced low-fat swiss cheese,


1Set oven to low broil and place a foil over a baking sheet. Spread out the bake shop rounds and place under broiler for a few minutes. Remove from oven carefully and set aside.

2Chop cranberries finely and mix with mustard and mayo in a small bowl.

3Spread a thin layer of cranberry mustard on toasted bake shop rounds. Layer turkey, apples and cheese.

4Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
