1/2c.whole grain mustard,
1/2c.finely ground pistachios,
1/2c.crushed panko bread crumbs,
1/2c.all purpose flour,
1/2 tsp.each salt and pepper,
1Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl. Remove of mixture to a second bowl to brush on chicken. Set remaining honey mustard aside.
2In a resealable bag, combine pistachios and bread crumbs. In a separate resealable bag combine flour, salt, and pepper.
3Place chicken tenders in bag with flour. Shake to coat. Remove chicken and brush with honey mustard. Toss in bag with pistachios and bread crumbs. Shake until coated. Remove chicken and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
4Bake 25 minutes. Serve with honey mustard.
