1lb.natural ground pork, 10% fat,
4green onions, chopped fine,
1bunch basil, chopped fine,
1Tbsp.chinese five spice,
1/2c.Robert's Reserve Plum Garlic Thai Sauce,
4H-E-B Bake Shop Hamburger Buns,
1jalapeno, seeded and sliced,
1small red onion, sliced,
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine pork, green onions, basil, and Chinese five spice. Mix until completely combined.
3Roll into 4 equal size balls, and then flatten into patties. Place patties on a foil-lined baking sheet.
4Bake approximately 20 minutes, basting halfway through with Plum Garlic Thai Sauce.
5To build burger, place 1 patty on each bottom bun. Top with carrots, jalapeño, red onion, and bun top. Enjoy!
