1bag H-E-B Frozen Wild Rice,
4(6 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts,
2red apples, sliced,
2c.Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth,
1Prepare wild rice according to package directions. Set aside and keep warm.
2Preheat a medium sauté pan on Medium-High. Add oil. Season chicken with curry, salt, and pepper. Add to hot pan and cook 5 minutes on each side.
3Add apples and chicken broth, and cook an additional 5 minutes on Medium heat.
4Serve over wild rice.
