2large carrots, chopped,

2large potatoes, quartered,
1c.Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth,
1Mix oil with salt, pepper, and cumin. Add pork and turn to coat. Heat a large pan to Medium-High. Add pork and cook 15 minutes, turning often. Once seared, place pork in a slow cooker.
2Add carrots, onions, potatoes, rosemary, and garlic to same hot pan used for the pork and sauté 10 minutes.
3Pour potato mixture over pork and add chicken broth. Cover slow cooker, turn heat to Low, and cook 8 hours.
