Shrimp Tostadas With Cilantro Cream

1lb.large gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined,

1Tbsp.chopped garlic,

1tsp.chili powder,

1 tsp.ground cumin,

2Tbsp.olive oil,

2c.light sour cream,

4Tbsp.chopped cilantro,

2limes, juiced,

1cans (15 oz. each) refried black beans, warmed,

8H-E-B Baked Tostada Shells,

3c.chopped lettuce,

4Roma tomatoes, diced,


1Sauté shrimp 5 minutes with garlic, chili powder, cumin and olive oil.

2In a small bowl mix sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice. Set aside.

3Spread beans on top of tostada shells followed by lettuce, tomatoes and cooked shrimp.

4Top with cilantro cream.
