2Tbsp.sesame oil, divided,
1lb.chicken breast, cut into strips,
1bag (16 oz.) Mann's Stir Fry Blend (snap peas, carrots, broccoli),
2c.white button mushrooms, sliced,
*salt and pepper,
1Bring a medium sauté pan to Medium-High heat. Add 1 Tablespoon sesame oil and chicken, sauté 6 - 7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
2In the same pan add remaining oil, vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Sauté 4 - 5 minutes on Medium-High heat.
3Add cooked chicken to pan and finish with plum sauce, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
