1/2c.low fat sour cream,
2Tbsp.chipotle in adobo sauce, blended,
*salt and pepper, to taste,
4(4 oz.) individually frozen ahi tuna steaks,
1 mediumonion, diced,
3roma tomatoes, chopped,
8(6 inch) whole wheat tortillas,
1In a small mixing bowl blend sour cream, chipotle, and lemon juice. Salt and pepper as needed. Cover and chill.
2Place a large sauté pan over Medium-High heat. Add oil.
3Slice tuna steaks into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Salt, pepper, and sear in hot pan 30 seconds on each side. Remove tuna to a plate.
4Serve tuna with onion, tomatoes, chipotle sour cream, and warm tortillas.
