Beef Chili With Black Beans

2Tbsp.canola oil,

1medium onion, diced,

1 1/2lbs.H-E-B Lean Ground Chuck,

1can (15 oz.) black beans,

3/4c.H-E-B Plum Tomatoes,

1can (4 oz.) H-E-B Tomato Paste,

3Tbsp.chopped garlic,

1Tbsp.ground cumin,

1Tbsp.ground chili powder,

1cntr. (32 oz.) Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth,


1Bring a pot to Medium-High. Add canola oil and onions. Cook 5 minutes. Add ground chuck and cook until browned, about 15 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and cook 1 1/2 hours.
