1lb.center cut pork chops,
*salt and pepper,
1/2(9 oz. bottle) Better Than Good Bacon Jam,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Goat Cheese, plain,
1Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper.
2Heat a large skillet to Medium-High, add oil and brown pork until fully cooked.
3Spread one spoonful of bacon jam on each pork chop.
4Sprinkle with goat cheese, and a garnish of cilantro. Serve & Enjoy!
