1oz. (2 patties)tuna steaks,
2tsp.Adams Reserve Asian Spice Rub,
2Tbsp.Cookwell & Company Teriyaki Glaze,
2Tbsp.sushi (pickled) ginger, chopped,
1Heat oil in sauté pan on Medium-High.
2Coat both sides of tuna with rub.
3Sear each side of tuna approximately 3 minutes for rare or 5 for medium-rare.
4Remove from heat and add glaze.
5Top with scallions and sushi ginger
