1 1/2lbs.boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders,
1 c. eachbroccoli, bell pepper and onion, raw and chopped,
1btl. (15 oz.) Robert's Reserve Plum Thai Garlic Sauce,
1/2c.apple cider vinegar,
1bunch fresh mint, chopped,
1/2c.unsalted peanuts, chopped,
1Bring a large skillet to Medium-High heat; add oil. Brown chicken approximately 5 minutes on each side.
2Add mixed vegetables, plum sauce and vinegar; simmer 3 minutes.
3Remove from heat and garnish with fresh mint and nuts.
