1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp.Green Valley Ranch Reserve Smokehouse Marinade, divided,
1gallon size H-E-B Tough & Easy Zipper Bag,
• non-stick cooking spray,
1Combine 1/2 cup marinade and lemon juice in zipper bag. Add pork tenderloin, seal, and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 30-60 minutes.
2Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
3Remove tenderloin from bag and place in casserole dish; bake 25 minutes or until a thermometer reaches 145°F.
4Brush pork with remaining 2 Tablespoons marinade. Enjoy!
